Below are screen shots of the ZooKeeper Configuration Utility.
This section is not meant to be a full user manual, but rather
a quick look at the various screens available to a technician
configuring a TR-2100 to get a general feel for its capabilities.

IP Configuration Tab:
Using this tab, you can configure various aspects of the IP
portion of the TR-2100. |

TCP Configuration Tab:
Using this tab, you can configure various aspects of the TCP
portion of the TR-2100. You can set the web server port, data
retrieval port and many other items on this screen. |
 |
TCP Security Tab:
Using this tab, you can configure TCP Security on the TR-2100.
This allows you to tightly control who can gain access to the
TR-2100. |

FTP Configuration Tab:
Using this tab, you can configure various aspects of the FTP
functions of the TR-2100.
Both the FTP Push and FTP Pull (server) setup are included on
this tab. |

Data Collection Configuration Tab:
Using this tab, you can configure how the TR-2100 collects data
from your PBX.
You can select:
- Serial
- ASCII Text as a TCP/IP Server
- ASCII Text as a TCP/IP Client
- Avaya RSP Protocol
Beyond these settings you also have a host of items allowing
you to modify the collected records. |

Password Configuration Tab:
Using this tab, you can assign a user name and/or a password
to each of the 3 connection methods used to connect to the TR-2100.

Compatibility Configuration Tab:
Using this tab, you can define the command sets and their options
that the TR-2100 will understand.
The TR-2100 can emulate the MDR2000e and has been verified to
work correctly with both Avotus Pro and Nortel TM.
The TR-2100 can also emulate a subset of the Asentria/Omnitronix
DataLink protocol as well as the WTI/PollCat protocol, and has
been verified to work with major software vendors such as Avotus
MTS International.

Time Configuration Tab:
Using this tab, you can configure the settings required for
the TR-2100 to connect to an NTP time server. This will ensure
that the TR-2100's Real Time Clock is always correctly set.

Statistics Information Tab:
Using this tab, you can view a number of important statistics
about the TR-2100 to assist you in diagnosing any issues, or
simply to check status.

DHCP Information Tab:
If your TR-2100 is using DHCP for a dynamic IP instead of a
static IP, then this tab, will provide you information about
the DHCP state.

Information Configuration Tab:
Using this tab, you can see the current model of the remote
TR-2100 along with its hardware and software versions, and it's
memory capacity.

Terminal Tab:
Using this tab, you can perform an interactive session with
the TR-2100 to set and check various items.
|
 |
Advanced Tab:
Using this tab, you can perform some advanced tasks such as
clear the buffer, and even reset it to factory defaults.
This tab also include a Call Home button to
enable access to the call home settings (see below). |

Call Home Settings:
You can set the various aspects of the CallHome functions from
this screen.

Web Server Home:
Every TR-2100 has a built-in Web Server. You have access to
view the status of the TR-2100 as well as many of its settings
through this web interface.
