The CallShop Concentrator along with the FONE DI$PLAY provide an excellent solution for CallShop information display and cabling.
The CallShop Concentrator provides a singe device to connect a PC with compatible software to multiple FONE DI$PLAY devices located in Call Shop Booths. The PC can display messages on any of the connected FONE DI$PLAY devices as well as obtaining the status of each device via a singe COM port connection.
The Image below is an example of how the CallShop Concentrator and FONE DI$PLAY devices are used in conjunction with the Telcom Research M-AXS Multi-Line Intelligent Programmable Dialer, and the Alien Technology Dialtax CallShop software.
