VOIP Call Shop
Solution : CSC & FONE DI$PLAY
Telcom Research
provides a VOIP Call Shop provider with the additional hardware
necessary for a complete solution. The CallShop Concentrator along
with the FONE DI$PLAY enhance a standard VIP system with Booth Displays
and provide for a single cable install to each booth, reducing cost
and complexity.

FONE DI$PLAY
When installed
in a booth, the FONE DI$PLAY provides a excellent way for the Call
Shop Software to provide information to the caller. Its 2 line,
16 character LCD display provides a solution for displaying to the
caller, time used, money used, money left, or whatever you may require.
A full serial protocol allows Call Shop software to display virtually
anything they want, including costom characters.

CallShop Concentrator
The CallShop
Concentrator provides a single serial RS-232 interface to control
multiple FONE DI$PLAY's. The concentrator also allows for a simple,
single cable installation to each booth. AC Power, and telephone
connections, along with serial data commands are combined into a
single RJ45 style cable for routing to each booth.
